My private coaching sessions are done over the phone. It doesn't matter which part of the world you live in, you can work with me as long as you have a telephone.
Private coaching sessions are usually done once a week, three times a month, 30-minutes session or two times a month, 60-minutes session, with unlimited email support between sessions. There are 6 months and 8 months packages. Sessions can be customized to your needs. I also offer group coaching, workshops and Extraordinary Living Retreat.
Prior to our first coaching session, I will email you a client information form and a coaching session preparation form for you to complete before your session. At your first session, we will explore your needs, core values, current challenges, priorities, set the ground rules for our coaching relationship, and set a “Breakthrough Goal” together.
During the following weekly sessions, we will work on specific strategies and a step-by-step action plan to achieve your chosen personal or professional goals.
Each session there will be a coaching assignment (chosen either by you or by me) for you to do, to move you toward your chosen goals. At the next session, we will check on your progress, celebrate any success, find out what's holding you back (both external and inner obstacles), and determine the next action step.
I believe that each person has the answers within himself/herself for the challenges that he/she encounters, the power to choose the life he/she desires, and the ability to achieve any goals.
Coaching is a powerful partnership between coach and client, which requires total commitment and accountability from both parties. We look at the "whole person", "whole life" and transform your life from the inside out, rather than a "quick fix for the symptoms" on the surface.
To make permanent changes in your life you often have to change the behaviors, as well as the underlying values & beliefs, that may have taken years to form. Therefore, I recommend that you make the commitment to work with me for at least 6-8 months or more, to ensure that you can achieve your goals and have all the tools & skills to continue your success.
As your coach, I will always have your best interests in mind, listen deeply without judgement, give you honest feedback & insights, challenge you to reach your full potential, and help you uncover your own truth and answers. I will also offer additional resources & tools as needed.
In return, I ask that you come to each coaching session on time and prepared, be open & honest with me about your thoughts & feelings, be willing to challenge & overcome your self-defeating beliefs and behaviors, and most of all, make a full commitment to do the work necessary to achieve your goals.
